Through our Mind Retreat Program, we help individuals master the practice of mindfulness, enabling them to use the three principles of The Mindfulness Code to let go of their suffering. Our program is designed to help individuals become fully aware of the present moment and to develop a deeper understanding of the nature of their mind and consciousness.
