About Diana
Hi, my name is Diana, and I’m a student at the Inner Mind Institute. I have started the journey of mindfulness when I went on a retreat in Plum Village in 2008, going through a difficult time and feeling the wish to look for answers within. After this experience I’ve tried different types of meditation, but mindfulness kept entering my life as a profound teaching. This had led me to explore the possibility to teach mindfulness to others, as well as deepening my own technique.
Mindfulness Teacher Training
In 2023 I learned about the mission of the Inner Mind Institute and I’m currently in the first year of the Mindfulness Teacher Training program at the Inner Mind Institute. After completing this year’s module, I’ll be a certified mindfulness MRP Trainer.

As part of my teacher training, I will guide two 7-week introductory mindfulness courses: The Four Foundations of Mindfulness and Mindfulness in Everyday Life.
For each course, I’m looking for at least eight individuals who want to learn about the basics of mindfulness, how to deal with challenges and difficulties, and find more inner peace in their everyday lives.

Additionally, both courses are on a donation basis, meaning you can donate any amount before, during, or after completing the course, so they are easily accessible to everyone.
