Donation-based online 2½-day Trial MRP

The Trial retreat is a retreat where you practice mindfulness for at least 12 hours. The course takes 2½ days in total and it has a rejuvenated effect on your health. During this program you will deepen your mindfulness skills and the understanding of the three principles of mindfulness.

If you want to follow the hours separately, you can do this on our online platform for mindfulness.

Date of the retreat

The Trial MRP will take place on 5, 6 and 7 February 2021. We will gather online on Friday 5 February at 09:30 am (UTC+1) in the morning and finish the retreat on Sunday the 7th at 1:00 pm (UTC+1).

Guidance by former Buddhist monk Master Niels

You will be guided by former Buddhist monk Master Niels. He has over 10 years of experience in the field of mindfulness and has been intensively guided by Thai monks all these years. In 2020 Master Niels was a monk for almost the entire year.

Online sessions

Before the start of the course you will receive an email with information on how you can join the online sessions. You can already download and install Zoom on your desktop, tablet or mobile phone.

We care about your privacy and protection of your personal data and therefore the sessions are password-protected and only accessible for practitioners who signed up for this course.
