Trial Mind Retreat (MRT)

Have you always wanted to learn a practical approach to overcome your challenges? The retreat is suitable for both beginners and advanced practitioners and is given on a physical location in The Netherlands and simultaneously streamed online.

In this 3-day mind retreat, you will learn the 8 most powerful mindfulness techniques that have the power to change your life for the better.

Whether you want to reduce stress, stop worrying, increase your focus, or achieve your goals, this mind retreat will be your first step toward making that happen.

The Inner Mind Institute does not offer you a quick fix. Instead, we offer you a sustainable solution that will last long. Yes, it does take time to master, but we understand that the real mindfulness only comes with practice and when you take every step along the way.

3-day Mind Retreat

During this 3-day mind retreat you will learn and practice several new mindfulness techniques. Even though this is a short retreat, it’s an intensive one from which you will immediately experience the benefits.

The retreat will be given on location in Voorschoten, The Netherlands and will simultaneously streamed online through Zoom. This way, you can join the retreat even when you are unable to travel to The Netherlands.

For beginners and advanced practitioners

The Trial Mind Retreat is perfectly suitable for both beginners and advanced practitioners. At the start of the retreat, you will get an introduction to the first basic mindfulness techniques. This will be sufficient to understand and practice these techniques. Because you take part in the retreat, you will progress faster than when you practice the same techniques during one of our introductory mindfulness courses.

Guidance by Bojana
During this course, you will be guided by Bojana. Bojana is a mindfulness trainer at the Inner Mind Institute and was taught by Master Niels.

Bojana finished the first year of the Teacher Training at the Inner Mind Institute, where she deepened her knowledge in teachings that support mindfulness practice. She is keen on supporting others to learn about mindfulness practice and experience more peace and happiness in their lives.

Q&A with Master Niels
At the end of each day, Master Niels will join the group for a Q&A. In 2020, Master Niels practiced as a Buddhist monk in Thailand. He guided retreats in Thailand and The Netherlands in previous years, organized by the Inner Mind Institute. Now, Master Niels teaches many students online during live and on-demand courses.

Physical retreat in Voorschoten, The Netherlands

If you are living in The Netherlands or able to travel to The Netherlands, we welcome you to sign up for our physical retreat in Voorschoten and to experience the power of mindfulness energy when you practice together in the same room.

Together with your mindfulness teacher, Bojana, you will practice for 3 days on the beautiful location of IVY Boutique Wellness in Voorschoten, NL.

* If demand for the physical retreat is high, we will move to a bigger location in Oegstgeest, NL.

Travel and accommodation
Your flight (if necessary) and accomodation are not included. Please make sure to book an accomodation close to the retreat center so that you are in time for the start of the session each morning and don’t need to travel too far once the day has finished.

Food and drinks
Food and drinks are included. We will prepare a light breakfast (except for Friday), lunch, and dinner for you. To drink, there’s a selection of water, tea, and coffee available.

During the retreat, you will log in for the live sessions on Zoom and practice together with your mindfulness teacher, Bojana, and other practitioners from all over the world.

Bojana will respond to the questions of the practitioners who participate via Zoom at two fixed moments every day.

Payment - Receive an invoice by email

The price for this 3-day physical MRT in The Netherlands is €750 (EUR). After receiving your registration, we will send an invoice to your email address within one business day. Make sure to pay the invoice at least two days before the start of the retreat.
