During this 3-day mind retreat you will learn and practice several new mindfulness techniques. Even though this is a short retreat, it’s an intensive one from which you will immediately experience the benefits.

For beginners and advanced practitioners

The Trial Mind Retreat is perfectly suitable for both beginners and advanced practitioners. At the start of the retreat, you will get an introduction to the first basic mindfulness techniques. This will be sufficient to understand and practice these techniques. Because you take part in the retreat, you will progress faster than when you practice the same techniques during one of our introductory mindfulness courses.

In 2020, Master Niels practiced as a Buddhist monk in Thailand. He guided many retreats in Thailand and The Netherlands in previous years, organized by the Inner Mind Institute. Now, Master Niels teaches many students online during live and on-demand courses.

It’s our goal to spread our knowledge about mindfulness to as many people as possible. That’s why we choose to give this introductory course on a donation basis. You can make your donation during or after completing this course.

By donating, you help us grow our organization and spread this profound knowledge of mindfulness over the world.

Before the start of each session, you will receive an email with a link to join the live session. You can easily watch the session in your preferred browser on desktop, tablet, or smartphone. No additional software is needed.

You will have access to all sessions of this online introductory course and the additional study materials for as long as you are an IMI Plus member. Once you have canceled your monthly membership, you will still have access to your study materials until the end of your billing period.
