The Inner Mind Institute offers several mindfulness courses and programs to learn and practice mindfulness through a step-by-step approach. When you're new, we recommend you to start with one of our Mindfulness Courses or MRP beginner level.
Quick Start
By starting with the MRP beginners level, you will learn all the essential mindfulness techniques you need to create a strong foundation. In this 12-week program, the emphasis lies on the practice.
Gradual start
If you want to learn mindfulness gradually, we recommend you start with our Mindfulness Courses. Each course takes 7 weeks which you will learn both the practical and theoretical side of mindfulness.
