The Mind Retreat Program (MRP) is a progressive journey designed to guide you from basic to advanced mindfulness techniques over a structured timeline. Starting with the Beginner Level, practitioners engage with an online learning platform and mindfulness app, which provide access to instructional videos, articles, guided sessions, motivational content, and practice schedules. The program is designed to help quiet the mind and connect with the body, enhancing the ability to listen to its signals, such as stress.
As participants advance, they enter the Intermediate Level, where the program spans a 7-day retreat or 7 sessions in 12 weeks. The impact of these 14 mindfulness techniques are significant and lies the foundation to proceed with the advanced level.
The Advanced Level builds on this foundation with a year-long commitment, featuring advanced body-mindfulness, sense mindfulness, mood mindfulness, and wisdom mindfulness techniques. These are practiced in cycles of four months, with assessments providing deeper insights and preparing participants for the Expert Level. Additionally, a 7-day MRP Advanced Retreat is recommended to complement the program, offering impactful experiences and limited availability.
