Welcome to our Beginner Mind Retreat Program (MRP) – a unique 12-week mindfulness program designed to help you address all of your challenges.

What is Beginner MRP?
This 12-week program, developed by Niels de Stürler Boekwijt, is only the first part of a larger whole. With years of experience in intensive meditation, a background as a monk, and extensive research in Asia, Niels has brought together the most effective and essential mindfulness techniques in this 12-week program. The results speak for themselves—countless participants have experienced the positive effects of our mind retreat program.

How to engage in the program?
Over the course of these 12 weeks, you’ll learn step by step from the most basic to the most advanced mindfulness techniques. Through instructional videos and clear descriptions, you’ll be guided through every step of your journey toward inner peace and clarity.

The program is progressive in nature, with new techniques introduced every two weeks for you to practice and integrate into your daily life. These techniques not only help you quiet the constant chatter of your mind but also connect you with your body, allowing you to better listen to its signals, such as stress.

A useful practice schedule
With the help of a handy practice schedule, you’ll know exactly what to do each day to make progress. And if it ever feels like too much, you can always adjust the schedule to suit your needs.

While personal guidance isn’t mandatory, we highly recommend it. As you practice the techniques, questions may arise, and a personal guide can help answer them. But even without guidance, you can dive right into our program and request additional support if needed.

Confirm your request for our 12-week Beginner MRP mindfulness program with personal guidance from one of our trainers. After we have received your request, one of our trainers will contact you to discuss the options.

Only after you have agreed to the proposed price and dates for the guidance sessions and paid the invoice will you start with the Beginner MRP program, which includes personal guidance.
