For Beginners and Advanced Practitioners
Although you can perfectly start your journey at the Inner Mind Institute with The Mindfulness Code, we recommend that you have also completed The Four Foundations of Mindfulness or Mindfulness in Everyday Life. By completing either one of these courses, you will have mastered the basic breathing techniques B1 to B3 and gained a good understanding of mindfulness practice and The Four Foundations of Mindfulness. This will give you the advantage to progress through The Mindfulness Code more smoothly.
