In The Mindfulness Code, you’ll learn to cultivate a complete awareness of the present moment, detach from material possessions and other external factors that can cause suffering, and gain a deeper understanding of the nature of your mind and consciousness. To help you achieve these new insights, your teacher will introduce you to five powerful new mindfulness techniques that, when combined with breathing techniques B1, B2, and B3, will provide you with a comprehensive toolbox for releasing suffering, staying present, and even working towards enlightenment.

About Course 3 – The Mindfulness Code
Master Niels has designed these courses in such a way that you can start with any of them. Each course helps you find more depth in your practice. Therefore, it doesn’t matter if you have completed Course 1 or 2.
In course 3 – The Mindfulness Code, you’ll learn to cultivate a complete awareness of the present moment, detach from material possessions and other external factors that can cause suffering, and gain a deeper understanding of the nature of your mind and consciousness. To help you achieve these new insights, your teacher will introduce you to five powerful new mindfulness techniques that, when combined with breathing techniques B1, B2, and B3, will provide you with a comprehensive toolbox for releasing suffering, staying present, and even working towards enlightenment.

Over the course of 7 weeks, you’ll delve deeper into the practice of mindfulness and MRP, learning powerful new techniques to expand your toolbox and enhance your practice. Your newly equipped techniques and insights will equip you overcome difficulties and challenges, and always stay present. Get ready to take your mindfulness practice to the next level!

To support your mindfulness practice during this course, we provide study materials such as summaries, practice schedules, exercises, and more on our online study platform for mindfulness. These materials are exclusively available through our IMI Plus subscription for only €10 per month, and it also includes on-demand access to Pre-MRP1, Pre-MRP2, and other modules to support and enhance your mindfulness practice. However, subscribing to IMI Plus is not mandatory to sign up for this live course.

This course is designed for anyone looking to deepen their understanding of mindfulness and enhance their practice. With new techniques and insights, you’ll be well-equipped to continue with the Mind Retreat Program (MRP) and unlock your full potential.
To ensure you get the most out of Pre-MRP3 – The Mindfulness Code, we recommend that you have also completed one of the first two introductory courses, Pre-MRP1 – The Four Foundations of Mindfulness (previously known as The Essence of Mindfulness – Introductory Course) or Pre-MRP2 – Mindfulness in Everyday Life. By completing Pre-MRP1, you will have mastered the basic breathing techniques B1 to B3 and gained a good understanding of mindfulness practice and The Four Foundations. This will help you to smoothly progress through the Pre-MRP3 program and get the most out of your mindfulness journey.

Requirements to start
This introductory mindfulness course is suitable for both beginners and advanced practitioners. However, we recommend completing Pre-MRP1 – The Four Foundations of Mindfulness (formerly known as The Essence of Mindfulness – Introductory Course) or Pre-MRP2 – Mindfulness in Everyday Life beforehand, as it will facilitate your progress through the course. It is possible to start Pre-MRP3 without taking Pre-MRP1 or Pre-MRP2, but it will require a steeper learning curve and more effort to complete the course.

Our mindfulness course is an excellent course if you are new to mindfulness. However, we believe that everyone from a beginner to an advanced practitioner can benefit their mindfulness practice from these techniques and come to deeper insights.
Yes, you can start this 10-week introductory course on our online platform for mindfulness at any moment that suits you. The entire course takes 10 weeks and we advise you to not follow more than one session per week, so that you have enough time to practice and master all of your new techniques.
Of course, you can always take more time for a session if you feel you need to.
Yes, you can re-watch each session as part of your study materials on our online platform for mindfulness. You can find the contents for this introductory course in the module ‘Step 1 – Introductory Course’ in your student dashboard. After opening the module, each session starts with a chapter with the corresponding video session and an audio recording included at the top of the session’s summary.
Your study material for the online introductory course is part of our IMI Plus membership. With IMI Plus you have access to video and audio sessions, summaries, practice schedules, extra guided sessions, and more for each session of the introductory course.
