What will you learn?
Over the course of seven weeks, Mindfulness in Everyday Life introduces you to the first basic mindfulness breathing techniques and guide you to effectively integrate these techniques into your daily life, empowering you to face various situations and challenges with newfound mindfulness and resilience. As part of the program also get familiar with The Three Principles of Mindfulness, and learn more about mindfulness energy, craving energy, karma, problem points, and actions.
