Join our free introductory session! During this session, you will have the opportunity to learn and practice the first three mindfulness breathing techniques, while also gaining a valuable introduction to the IMI’s Mind Retreat Program.

Mindfulness has become increasingly popular in recent years as people have recognized the benefits of practicing it. Mindfulness is a technique that helps you to focus on the present moment and to be more aware of your thoughts and feelings. This can have numerous benefits, including reducing stress, increasing well-being, and improving your overall mental health. Participating in a free introductory mindfulness session is an excellent way to get started with this practice and to see the benefits for yourself.

By attending this introductory session, you will learn and practice the first three essential mindfulness breathing techniques. These techniques are a vital part of any mindfulness practice, and mastering them will help you to develop a strong foundation for your practice. Additionally, this introductory session is a stepping stone to get started with the Pre-MRP coursesโ€”The Four Foundations or Mindfulness, Mindfulness in Everyday Life, and The Mindfulness Codeโ€”and the Mind Retreat Program.

MRP is designed to help you deepen your mindfulness practice and to apply mindfulness in all areas of your life. Attending the introductory session is an excellent way to get a taste of what these programs have to offer and to see if they are the right fit for you.
