Join our free introductory session! During this session, you will have the opportunity to learn and practice the first three mindfulness breathing techniques, while also gaining a valuable introduction to the IMI’s Mind Retreat Program.
Mindfulness has become increasingly popular in recent years as people have recognized the benefits of practicing it. Mindfulness is a technique that helps you to focus on the present moment and to be more aware of your thoughts and feelings. This can have numerous benefits, including reducing stress, increasing well-being, and improving your overall mental health. Participating in a free introductory mindfulness session is an excellent way to get started with this practice and to see the benefits for yourself.
By attending this introductory session, you will learn and practice the first three essential mindfulness breathing techniques. These techniques are a vital part of any mindfulness practice, and mastering them will help you to develop a strong foundation for your practice. Additionally, this introductory session is a stepping stone to get started with the Pre-MRP courses—The Four Foundations or Mindfulness, Mindfulness in Everyday Life, and The Mindfulness Code—and the Mind Retreat Program.
MRP is designed to help you deepen your mindfulness practice and to apply mindfulness in all areas of your life. Attending the introductory session is an excellent way to get a taste of what these programs have to offer and to see if they are the right fit for you. Whether you are new to mindfulness or an advanced practitioner seeking to explore the offerings of the Inner Mind Institute, our free introductory session is perfect for you. During the session, you will learn and practice the first three basic mindfulness breathing techniques and gain valuable insights into the Inner Mind Institute and its Mind Retreat Program (MRP), setting the first steps on your path towards enlightenment.
What will you learn?
During this introductory session, you will get an introduction to mindfulness, the Inner Mind Institute, and it’s Mind Retreat Program (MRP). In addition, your teacher will introduce you to three powerful mindfulness breathing techniques that you will practice together. This introductory session will help you prepare for taking the Inner Mind Institute’s first Pre-MRP course, ‘The Four Foundations of Mindfulness.’

Join one of our Teacher Training students for this introductory session! Students at the Inner Mind Institute are eager to share their knowledge about the Mind Retreat Program (MRP) and spread the power of mindfulness with others.
First year’s students guide the introductory session as part of their training program and in preparation for guiding their first Pre-MRP course, ‘The Four Foundations of Mindfulness.’
Who can join?
This introductory session is suitable for all levels of experience, but is especially useful if you are new to mindfulness and meditation or have not yet taken one of the Inner Mind Institute’s Pre-MRP introductory courses (7 weeks) or Mind Retreats.

The introductory session takes place online through Zoom. Upon registering, you will receive an email from the Inner Mind Institute containing a link to the live sessions. Please make sure to install Zoom on your preferred device and join us early to ensure you don’t miss anythings and avoid disrupting the session.
