This 10-week introductory course is quite different from any other mindfulness course. During this course, Master Niels will teach you the latest insights into mindfulness and many new powerful mindfulness techniques.

We all know how bothering it is when your thoughts drift away from what you actually need to focus on, when you cannot calm your thoughts, or when you have little control over your emotions.
These are common problems that almost everyone experiences. Mastering your mind is essential to feel well and to be productive and cooperative. When you are able to master your mind, you surely increase your quality of life. That’s why it is valuable to invest in yourself and to train your mind.

The techniques that you will learn during this course are extremely effective and probably new for the most of you. While this is an excellent course if you are new to mindfulness, we believe that everyone from a beginner to an advanced practitioner can benefit their mindfulness practice from these techniques and come to deeper insights.

Before the start of each session, you will receive an email with a link to join the live session. You can easily watch the session in your preferred browser on desktop, tablet, or smartphone. No additional software is needed.
During our 10-week introductory course, you will learn 8 new external and internal mindfulness techniques that you haven’t learned anywhere else. You will also learn how to apply these techniques to overcome your problems and to stay in the here and now at all times.
Our introductory course is an excellent course if you are new to mindfulness. However, we believe that everyone from a beginner to an advanced practitioner can benefit their mindfulness practice from these techniques and come to deeper insights.
Yes, you can start this 10-week introductory course on our online platform for mindfulness at any moment that suits you. The entire course takes 10 weeks and we advise you to not follow more than one session per week, so that you have enough time to practice and master all of your new techniques.
Of course, you can always take more time for a session if you feel you need to.
Yes, you can re-watch each session as part of your study materials on our online platform for mindfulness. You can find the contents for this introductory course in the module ‘Step 1 – Introductory Course’ in your student dashboard. After opening the module, each session starts with a chapter with the corresponding video session and an audio recording included at the top of the session’s summary.
Your study material for the online introductory course is part of our IMI Plus membership. With IMI Plus you have access to video and audio sessions, summaries, practice schedules, extra guided sessions, and more for each session of the introductory course. You will also have access to the additional modules on our platform to support your mindfulness practice.
