By starting with the MRP beginners level 1, you will learn all the essential mindfulness techniques you need to create a strong foundation. In this 12-week program, the emphasis lies on the practice.
Gradual start
If you want to learn mindfulness gradually, we recommend you start with our MRP courses. Each course takes 7 weeks which you will learn both the practical and theoretical side of mindfulness.
