Mindfulness in Everyday Life

The 7-week introductory course, Mindfulness in Everyday Life, will introduce you to the first three basic mindfulness breathing techniques, and guide you to integrate mindfulness in your everyday activities.

The practice of mindfulness goes well beyond the silent moments during our meditation. When we cultivate mindfulness in our daily routines and interactions, we create the potential for profound personal growth, improved emotional regulation, and enhanced compassion towards ourselves and others. It allows us to engage fully in the present moment, creating genuine happiness and a more meaningful existence.

* This specific online live course starts on February 12 and  is lead by our Teacher Training student, Marina. Sessions during this course will be given in Dutch.
