Donation-based online 7-day Essential MRP

During this 7-days retreat we will dive deeper into THE MINDFULNESS CODE to get a better understanding of the 3 PRINCIPLES and how they can be used in daily life. At the same time we will make our minds more resilient and create a lot more mindfulness energy, which will help us te get more ENLIGHTENED, a life where we are able to overcome our problem points.

As the word ‘ESSENTIAL’ implies, is this Mind Retreat Program an essential part on the way to enlightenment. So although you’ve learned a lot already, you’ve trained yourself in the basics of The Mindfulness Code which means that there is still a lot to learn.

The Mindfulness Code is one of the greatest gifts that we can give ourselves. Because the deeper insights and wisdom that comes along with this practice we will initiate positive changes that are beneficial to us for the rest of our lives. And this is probably already what you’ve been noticing from our previous courses.

After you’ve registered yourself, you will receive the program that we will follow. Hopefully you are able to join this IMPORTANT Mind Retreat Program and we are looking forward to see you during this special event.

Date of the retreat

The Essential MRP will take place from 17 to 24 October 2020. We will gather online on Saturday 17 October and finish the retreat on Friday the 23rd. A complete schedule will follow on this page shortly.

Q&A – How to continue

Guidance by Master Niels

You will be guided by Master Niels. He has practiced as a Buddhist monk for most of 2020, after practicing as a monk multiple times before already. Master Niels currently lives in Thailand and has over 10 years of experience in the field of mindfulness and has been intensively guided by Thai monks all these years.

Online sessions

Before the start of the retreat you will receive an email with information on how you can join the online sessions. You can already download and install Zoom on your desktop, tablet or mobile phone.

We care about your privacy and protection of your personal data and therefore the sessions are password-protected and only accessible for practitioners who signed up for this retreat.
