3 March 2022 – Mindfulness in Everyday Life

This introductory course is about mindfulness in everyday life. It’s one of the essential things to learn when it comes to mindfulness. The duration of this course is seven weeks which is perfect for both beginning and intermediate practitioners.

During these weeks, you learn to integrate your mindfulness techniques into your everyday activities step by step. The complimentary assignments and study materials on our online platform will enhance your progress and keep you motivated. You will complete your mindfulness journey and bring your mindfulness skills to the next level during the closing morning mind retreat at the end of this course.

A 7-week course

The course Mindfulness in Everyday Life exists out of seven sessions with one session of 90 minutes each week. The course program is written by Master Niels, and intends to help you applying your mindfulness techniques effectively into your everyday activities.

Guidance and self-study

During this course, you will be guided by Master Niels. Master Niels is a former buddhist monk and the founder of the Inner Mind Institute. For over twelve years, Master Niels has traveled back and forth to Thailand to meet with his teacher. In this period, Master Niels was a buddhist monk for several times, with the latest being the entire year of 2020.

You are expected to spend time in between session to practice what you will learn during the course. Because this course is all about applying your mindfulness techniques into your regular daily activities, finding the time to practice is easy.

For who?

Mindfulness starters
Is this your first introduction to meditation? That’s not a problem! Our course Mindfulness in Everyday Life is perfectly suitable for beginners. During this course, you will learn beginner’s mindfulness techniques that you can integrate immediately into your daily activities.

After this course, you can easily follow our other mindfulness introductory courses (EMIC1 and EMIC2) to learn more about mindfulness.

Beginning and advanced practitioners
If you are already an advanced practitioner or have already taken one of our introductory courses (EMIC1 and EMIC2) before, this course is still highly recommended. It will bring you all the right insights to make a massive difference in your practice and understanding of mindfulness.
