Start your Instructor Mindfulness Training on 5 September

Are you already familiar with our Mindfulness Instructor module? This short, 12-week module is the latest addition by Master Niels, making our mindfulness training program now fully complete.

If you prefer a practical approach and rather not focus too much on the theoretical part, then the Instructor Level is perfect for you. By participating in this program, you can start working as a mindfulness instructor in just three months!

In 12 weeks, you will learn basic, fundamental, and advanced mindfulness techniques, along with the essential knowledge and principles to guide your participants through a 12-week program. Click on the above link to find a detailed description of these elements on our course page.

Including intensive guidance

To support you even better, we have now scheduled an extra guided session with Master Niels. In addition to access to our online study environment, you will have a total of 7 guided sessions with Master Niels. During these sessions, Master Niels shares his knowledge, assesses your progress, addresses group questions, and leads joint meditation.

💬 What can I do after completing this program?

After completing this module, you will be a certified Mindfulness Instructor. You can then start guiding others immediately, offering our 12-week MRP Beginner Level mindfulness program. This program is specifically designed for individuals and covers much of what you learn in the Instructor Module. This way, you can pass on everything you learned during your training to others. Together, we make the world a bit more mindful step by step!

Alternatively, you can also lead weekly mindfulness sessions to groups or individuals. During these sessions, you can practice the techniques you mastered during your training together without following a set format.

💬 Are seven guided sessions enough to complete this program successfully?

Absolutely! One of the key aspects of mindfulness is your practice. Learning and mastering new mindfulness techniques takes time, and ultimately, it’s something you should be able to do independently after 12 weeks. By offering the guided sessions less frequently, we teach you to practice mindfulness independently and then pass it on to your course participants.

Furthermore, you can always ask questions, so you are never on your own.
