Especially for my most dedicated practitioners, I’ve designed a new and comprehensive 12-week program to elevate your mindfulness practice and strengthen your mental health. Whether you’re dealing with stress, burnout, constant rumination, anger, struggling with bad habits, feeling restless, experiencing fluctuating emotions, facing a dilemma, or simply seeking more stability or meaning in your life – this program offers the solution you’re looking for.
If you have previously enrolled in The Four Foundations of Mindfulness, Mindfulness in Everyday Life, or The Mindfulness Code, you know how effective the techniques and principles I teach in these courses are. 📚 Introducing the MRP Beginner Level program
With my new program, MRP Beginner Level, you will learn the most essential mindfulness techniques in just 12 weeks. The program not only gets you fast results but also introduces you to more advanced knowledge you won’t find in the three 7-week mindfulness courses. You will make a considerable leap in your practice and personal growth while unraveling new insights. Plus, the MRP Beginner Level perfectly prepares those who want to continue learning for their next steps: our Intermediate and Advanced programs. The MRP Beginner Level is the start of a more profound mindfulness practice for those who want to get significant changes.
✅ What’s included in the MRP Beginner Level program?
You will learn to master more than 25 new mindfulness techniques! In addition, you will master the 3 essential principles of mindfulness and 5 different mindfulness postures. The results will show immediately during the course as you progress from basic techniques to fundamental techniques and finally to the extended mindfulness techniques. Practitioners who have already completed this program have let us know that it has given them more profoundness in their practice, and they experience greater results in their daily lives.

I will support you throughout the entire program to help you take the next step in your mindfulness practice. My support during the MRP Beginner Level includes 6 guided online sessions in which I will share my knowledge and answer your questions. You will also find weekly motivational videos on our online learning platform, where all of your study materials are available on demand.
In between sessions, you can pick your own study moments and even practice and learn with other practitioners from around the globe in our online mindfulness classroom.
🌳 Start the MRP Beginner Level on September 7
My new mindfulness class will start on Saturday, September 7, and I invite you to join! After you sign up, you’ll get access to the content of the MRP Beginner Level module on our online learning platform. You can already mark your calendar for our first guided session, which will occur on Thursday, September 12. The session starts at 8:00 PM CEST (or CET during the autumn/winter seasons).
